I picked this up a few months ago and I’ve been using it ever since . If you’ve read my Chanel Cheek Colour stick review then you’ll have noticed that I recommended this Dior blush if you’re more oily skinned or live in a humid and hot climate. If your skin is normal or even dry, then fear not because this beauty is pretty much made to match every skin type or weather condition you may have to weather ( yes, that pun was intended ) .
It goes on like a cream blush in the smoothest of ways. It dries to a velvety soft finish and stays put for hours ! It’s not drying or greasy and doesn’t emphasize pores like so many cream blushes do. This has a bit of a soft focus effect whilst still looking natural. ( as natural as a blush can look, at least ) The packaging doesn’t feel as heavy or luxurious as the Chanel colour stick does but it’s equally as portable and easy to use.
I usually pat it directly onto my cheeks and blend the blush in with my fingers. If I want to build the pigmentation then I add a bit more and blend. You gotta blend. The result is gorgeous . Check out the swatch below .
It comes in 3 colors . A classic pink , a classic coral and a rosewood colour . The one I bought is the cosmopolite rosewood colour. It retails at most retail outlets like selfridges or sephora. Find it here for $34 or here for £24.00 .
Have you tried it or anything from their fall collection ?
